We offer three levels of service: a) Standard Shipping; b) Expedited Shipping; and c) 2 Day Shipping. All shipping and handling charges will be calculated according to the chart listed below. We're only able to ship to the United States and APO's.

Shipping Times
We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on a business day will be delivered the next business day because we need at least 1 day to process your order.
For example, orders placed on Monday will be shipped out on Tuesday.
Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
Shipping Address Accuracy & Address Changes
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout, including any apartment number, suite number, unit number, building number, gate code, or other required delivery information.
Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays, delivery issues, returned packages, lost packages, or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or invalid address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to claim the package, or any other customer-related delivery issue, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping and handling charges required to reship the order.
If the customer chooses not to have the order reshipped, a refund may be issued for the product value only, less the original shipping cost, return shipping charges, carrier fees, and any other applicable handling fees incurred by the seller.
Orders that are lost, delayed, returned, or delivered to an incorrect location due to inaccurate address information supplied by the customer are not eligible for free replacement, reimbursement, or refund of shipping charges.
Address Changes After Order Placement
We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that shipping address changes can be made once an order has been submitted.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately. If the order has already been processed, packed, shipped, or transferred to the carrier, we may be unable to modify the address.
The customer remains responsible for any additional fees, shipping charges, rerouting fees, intercept fees, return shipping costs, or other carrier-related expenses resulting from requested address changes after an order has been placed.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@ecosmeticworld.com and send your item to: 621 S Western Ave. #104, Los Angeles, California 90005.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
