How to use
1. Make sure that the surface in contact with the mask is not contaminated.
2. Wear the mask to cover your nose and mouth with the nose-holding piece facing up.
3. Hook each strap over your ear to lock them in place.
4. Make sure the mask is in close contact with your face without a gap.
Precautions for Use
• Do not use in a confined place where the oxygen concentration is less than 18%.
• Ensure the mask is breathable without restriction. Do not place a towel, tissue, etc. inside of the mask.
• Inspect mask for defects including contamination. Discard if defects are detected or concerns arise.
• Maybe worn multiple times before discarded.
• Do not wash for reuse.
• If you are a pregnant woman, a child, a senior citizen, a patient suffering from the respiratory tract or cardiovascular disease and feel uncomfortable in breathing remove the mask immediately, and consult your physicians if necessary.

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on a business day will be delivered the next business day because we need at least 1 day to process your order.
For example, orders placed on Monday will be shipped out on Tuesday.
Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
