HOW TO USE
1. Oxygenate: To wake up the skin, start by tightening your index fingers on both hands. Lightly tap your cheeks, chin and lower face to optimize the formula’s quick-absorbing ability.
2. Take a deep breath: Dispense the desired customized dose and warm the product in the palms of your hands. Bring your hands toward your face and inhale the sensorial aroma to soothe your senses.
3. Apply: Morning and/or night, apply to face and neck with flat hands, using light pressure.
4. Oxygenate: Tap the skin with the whole surface of your hands for 5 to 10 seconds, starting from the middle of your face and working outward. With your right hand, perform light tapping movements on the left side of the neck. Repeat on the right side of neck with your left hand. Tap each side for 5 seconds.

Shipping Times
We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on a business day will be delivered the next business day because we need at least 1 day to process your order.

For example, orders placed on Monday will be shipped out on Tuesday.
Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).

Return Policy

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
